EVERY SPLIT.
ON PURPOSE.
A 3:20 marathon leaves no room for vague effort. The average is 4:44.4 per kilometre. Select a checkpoint to see where the clock needs to be.
Five kilometres settled. Controlled, efficient, no early heroics.

The route
FAST CITY.

The 100-day campaign
THE CLOCK STARTED
13 AUGUST.

Day 100 is not a training day. It is race day. Everything before it is there to make 4:44/km feel familiar when it matters.
The structure balances long runs, speed, marathon-pace work, easy running and strength. The aim is not one spectacular session—it is the accumulation of controlled, repeatable work.
San Sebastián is the exam: flat enough to expose every pacing decision, long enough to punish every shortcut.
The work behind the number
PACE. PATIENCE.
REPEAT.
Built session by session in the mountains: run the pace, check the clock, recover—and come back ready to do it again.

The race
BUILT FOR
A PERSONAL BEST.
The 2026 edition is the 47th running of Spain’s second-oldest marathon. The completely urban course is flatter and more central than the pre-2022 layout, crossing Antiguo, Amara, Gros and the city centre at sea level.

The personal bests
THE SPEED EXISTS.
NOW EXTEND IT.
The shorter distances have answers. The marathon still has a question mark—and San Sebastián is where Felix intends to replace it.

I AM
FFFHEALTH.
FFFHealth is personal. Felix built the brand around a simple idea: the plan has to be lived, tested and evolved in the real world. San Sebastián is that philosophy reduced to its purest form—100 days of structured work aimed at one uncompromising number.
The attempt
THE PLAN ENDS
AT 3:19:59.
No mountains. No heavy pack. No place to hide. Just pace, patience and 42.195 kilometres.
